Powered by a rechargeable built-in battery, the camera can operate in a wide range of temperatures, from -4°F to 120°F (-20°C to 48.5°C), making it weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. While the camera supports various protocols, such as RTSP, ONVIF, NVR, FTP, and HomeKit, these features are not currently supported.
The security camera is compatible with smart devices, including smartphones, iPads, and tablets, but it does not support PC connectivity. The 3-Link TB1-L and 3-Link TB1-S versions are both compatible with the camera.
Regarding the camera's features, it captures high-quality 2MP video, and the Wi-Fi connectivity operates at 2.4GHz. There is no monthly fee for using the camera's storage options, as it supports both SD card storage and cloud storage for home security motion detection recording clips. You can choose either option without incurring additional costs. (The recording is non-continuous, capturing only event-based footage.)
The camera's motion-activated spotlight is a noteworthy feature. When motion is detected, the spotlight will illuminate, deterring potential intruders and notifying them of the camera's presence. (It is important to note that the solar panel is not included with the camera.)
The camera also offers motion detection alert functionality. When it senses movement near your home, it will send you a message alert through the accompanying app and record the activity, ensuring you stay informed about any potential security concerns.
Additionally, the camera is equipped with built-in infrared LEDs, providing clear night vision even in low-light conditions, ensuring continuous monitoring regardless of the time of day.
